Tag—You’re It!

A few weeks ago I watched Jessie and Sambuca play a rousing game of tag in the barnyard.

Here I go—ya can't catch me, Jessie!

Here I go—ya can’t catch me, Jessie!

Can't catch you? Ha! Here I come!

Can’t catch you? Ha! Here I come!

I'm getting closer!

I’m getting closer!

Look at me Sambuca! I'm making donkey ears!

Look at me, Sambuca. I’m making donkey ears!

I'm almost flying!

That’s no big deal.  I’m almost flying!

You're kidding, right? More?

You’re kidding, right?  You want more?  I’ll give you more!

Look how big I am when I stand on this stump! I'm bigger than Jessie...ha ha!

Look how big I am when I stand on this stump! I’m bigger than you, Jessie…ha!

I'm...a...little...out...of...breath....

I’m…a…little…out…of…breath….

That was fun. Let's do it again soon, ok?

Just another day in the barnyard.  Wouldn’t it be fun to be a goat?

Happy weekend, y’all!

Thanks for the fun pictures! I love the pallet with everyone’s name on it.

  2. Wow – they’re having fun! My goats don’t get anywhere near that energetic.

My buck’s been giving me lots of kisses, though!

    • Since spring, mine have been playing tag almost daily. I didn’t get the photos of them running into the shed, standing totally still, and then one blasts back out with the other right behind. It’s so funny!

  3. love the donkey ears – trouble brews when the donkey ears come to play!
